uahh No most prisoners dont let alone adults. Halloween is getting worse every year.

for holidays on visiting day they usually get extra 30 minutes for visitation. the prisoners themselves on halloween usually get to pick one type of sweet to enjoy on that day. +5

Yes, my fiance celebrated Samhain every year.

No Halloween is not celebrated in prison. Only Religious holidays are acknowledged.
