Depends on context. In the abstract we are all human and thus have an identical nature. In that case the answer is yes, we are all homo sapiens. In the concrete, we are all individuals with particular manifistations of the abstract. In that case, yes we are each unique homo sapiens. Without establishing context, people will equivocate.
