Nah. It's a normal amount for someone on a moderate diet. I've lost 20 pounds in a month before. I've also gained damn there 20 pounds in a month.

I think that is Healthy weight loss:):):) It won't happen overnight the healthy way, but you will be better off in the end:)

It's right on target. An excellent and sustainable pace for lasting weight loss 2 pounds is per week. If you lose any faster than that you risk down-regulating your metabolism. You should be happy. If you've got more to go, just keep at it.
