His health isn't important to me. I think that it is unwise to have him be first in line because of how evil he is.

Everyone has health problems. The older you get the worse they get. He is getting the best health care in the world. He's not in "shaky health". Thousands of people live long lives with the same heart problems Cheney has.

I have to wonder about the health of our president and staff. Is Biden healthy?

There are plenty of people in line. The succession is secure. Whether one or another has a health issue is irrelevant. By the end of their term, none of them are in the same condition they were when they started. The job ages them.
