    BARBEQUE BAKED CHICKEN - 1/4 c. salad oil - 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste - 3/4 c. water - 2 tbsp. vinegar - 1/2 tsp. salt - 1/2 c. chopped onion - 1 c. chopped green pepper - 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce - 3 tbsp. brown sugar - Chicken Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil, before pouring over chicken, cover and bake. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until tender. Remove cover last 15 minutes. Optional: Chicken can be skinned before cooking.
