Well, yes, that's true. But he should think before yapping, because it's also true, as Abrahm Lincoln pointed out, that "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt. If one shouts foolishness at the top of their lungs, a whole bunch of people are going to instantly recognize who's the fool.
