Hi, I dont want to preach or anything, but I'm not sure borrowing to pay off what you owe is the way to go. It certainly didn't work for me, I just found myself in more trouble. Why not talk to the lenders and sort out a re-payment plan that you can afford ?, they should listen and this is a much better option than getting into more debt. Good Luck.
No but perhaps a credit counselor may be the way to go here. They provide credit counseling, they can review your current expenses vs income and give you ways of improving your financial situation and help you build your savings back up.
Robbing Peter to pay Paul, ever heard the phrase? Any loan you get will come with terms that will probably wipe you out.
I would consult a credit counselor, which is easy to find online in your area. There are good ways and bad ways to pay off debt. The bad ways usually lead to bankruptcy. Talk to a professional adn get the right guidance.
Are these secured or unsecured debts? How much do you owe? You should call your creditors and see what you can do or see if you can negotiate a lower APR. With bad credit, the options you have are LOAN SHARKS (a.k.a. payday advance, scammers, and people who will eat you alive in interest and fees)... Try selling things on eBay or, if you really need the money and will earn it back fairly soon, try a pawn shop. Pawn shops are more regulated than check advance joints but still aren't that great. Work on getting your credit back on track later on (by making small purchases and paying in full/on time).
I'm thinking you may need to look into some credit counseling, rather than going deeper into debt.
There are only two things you can do to pay things off sooner:
1)Increase your income
2)Decrease your expenses
If the interest expense is eating you alive, talk with your current lenders to see if they will restructure your debt. Ask them to lower the interest rate and/or the minimum payment.
I would definitely advise against taking another loan (if you can even procure one.)
Best of luck to you.
