I know of Americans who attended the excellent McGill University in Montreal with no problems.
there are no problems, but some programs and universities might ask you to take a few extra credits (example in Quebec because we have pre-college courses to take, so they ask the sam thing for out-of-province students)
You should have no problem as long as you have all the graduating credentials. And the tuition at Canadian colleges is often cheaper than at American colleges, but it all depends on where you're going and what you're studying. Good luck. :)
I'm sure you can, if you can meet their criteria. The tuition might be a bit steep, though.
