Gym, I find being completely shattered takes it all out of me. Best remedy to calm down just work out til you cant stand up haha Alcohol just enhances the feeling you have, e.g if you were happy and drank you'd intensify that. So dont drink really dont recommend it

The gym. Always the gym. And if you have an iPod, load it up with tunes that you like.

The gym works wonders!! If you still feel like getting drunk afterwards then do so (but not before, obviously!!), but you'll feel MUCH better after the gym. Alcohol won't do much except numb it for a few hours!!

I also recommend the gym. While getting drunk is as funny as hell while you're doing it, the afteraffects always make you feel like shit, not to mention you don't know where the hell you are or why you're wearing a World War II combat helmet. Seriously, I'd take the gym over that.

Try the gym first and if that doesn't work then go get drunk.
