The short answer is you can't unless you are a knowledgable organic chemist with very good lab equipment. Morning glory seeds contain mildly hallucinogenic compounds called Lysergic Acid Amides (LSA). Now if you if you perform a clandestine extraction on these seeds, it is possible to obtain the LSA for ingestion. To syntesize LSD from LSA requires expensive glassware, DEA watched chemicals and impeccable lab saavy. You simply cant make LSD from from morning glory seeds, but you cant extract a chemical from the seeds called LSA; its nothing like LSD either. I tell you 2 ways how to extract it. 1) Get 23 bags of seeds and crush the seeds. fill a cup with water and throw the crushed seeds in water. let it sit for 3 to 5 days. once complete take seeds out and drink. 2) Get 23 bags of the seeds and crush them up. butane blast 2 time with 5X Butane. get 190% alcohol and let the seeds sit in it for 2 to 3 days in the freezer so that the alcohol does not evaporate. once complete take seeds out of the greenish yellow substance and you have an all natural LSA substance that will make you trip balls. Oh dont for get to first sit the seeds in warm water for an hr to get any chemical coats off of the seeds. have fun

Not that this should be done, because it's illegal in most places. The LSA would have to be extracted from the morning glory seeds (a lot of seeds would be needed, more than one can get in a store so don't even think about that :p) using various methods known for this. Once extracted, the LSA (ergine) would have to be reacted with NaOH to yield Lysergic acid. Acids react with amines to form amides given that the water formed can be driven off. This is done in this case with a dehydrating agent (an anhydride or acid halide.) So the lysergic acid would be reacted with diethylamine in the presence of one of these strong dehydrating agents to yield LSD. Again, not something to ever try or do, but information is free. This is all stuff you can find at erowid anyways.
