Do you think this outfit is slutty: A one piece black short/ strapless tank top combo with a red belt and some regular shoes(not boots, heels, flats or tennis shows I just don't know what to call them) (sry)?

Are you asking about the tank top? B/c I can't imagine how a red belt or non-descript shoes would fall into that category on their own. Should I be worried about my brown belt and casual brown leather shoes? And wait... isn't a "strapless" tank top, by definition, a tube top and NOT a tank top? Anyway, I see both all the time, all summer long. I suppose it might be getting a little late in the year for the tank top. Otherwise, I'm just not sure what you're worried about.

That depends on other things that you didn't mention. Wear it without a bra. Make sure it's tight. And wear a very short skirt or cutoff shorts, with a thong (or not). That'd be pretty slutty :-) Go for it!
