I work in Customer Service for one of the largest Cinema Chains in the United Kingdom. I was just wandering, do any of you guys offer your managers great advice that would improve the customer service you offer then the problem gets ignored?

very sorry if your managers are dicking off when they have the simple task of providing over priced popcorn........ ask the regional miss-manager.... lol..... mrs. if she has married.

I work in a department for Head office I am not some student working in a cinema. I am talking about telephone lines and charges not popcorn makes etc.
