  • You need eggs. My girlfriend prefers her eggs not be fertilized in the morning, so we do it at night. Cheese and some veggies (onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc) make for a good omelette. I like crab meat, myself.
  • Well you will need eggs..and then anything goes:):)
  • 1. crack two eggs and beat them in a bowl. 2. grease your pan and get it hot (small pan, med heat) 3. pour in the eggs and wait until the top is cooked 4. add your fixings (cheese, diced tomato, etc.) 5. slide the omelet onto a plate. 6. flip it in half and sprinkle a little cheese on top. DO NOT stir the eggs while they are cooking. that gives you scrambled eggs.
  • Omlette: Break open an egg, on the table is French Tradition. Leave for about 5 minutes at room temperature. Then transfer egg to frying pan via kitchen towel or a cloth. Fry on a low heat for approx 3 minutes. Adding 3 tablespoons of both salt and suger. Beat the resulting mixture until doughy. Then Bake in oven on a medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  • There are many answers... I say do not beat the eggs too much... use 4 inch teflon pan... I add a little light cream to get the omelette to fluff... you can put anything into omelettes, my fav is leftover pizza. . For extra fluffy finish under a broiler... you will impress!
