thaw it out, season it, wait a few hours to a day and put it either on the grill or in the oven =D
Avast and ahoy, Matey--allow yer steaks to thaw at room temp before you try to cook, otherwise they'll be done on the outside and frozen in the middle, lol...if you are in a rush for the thaw, place the steaks in a freezer-storage bag, put the bag in a large bowl with the top of the bag hanging out over the edge of the bowl, and allow cool water to run slowly over the bag until the steak thaws. Happy eating, please save a piece for Wench...she is heartily tired of fish, lol!

Where to get GREAT quality steaks in southern l.a. area? long beach, cerritos, orange country areas...looking for really thick and TENDER fillets, porterhouse, rib eye steaks (not CostCo or sams)..comparable to a ruth's chris or morton's quality. . thanks
