  • Every word has a frequency, a vibration. Medical studies have been performed where they have scraped skin cells from individuals after they have spoken negative words and achieved getting these individuals into a depressed state. It's after getting people into different states of mind that they actually take scrapings of skin cells and then put them under a microscope. They found different words and states cause incredibly different results. If positive words were used the cells were very much alive, when negative words were used the life of the cell diminished. The words and feelings that left almost no life in the cells was shame. It's so important to speak and think positively.
