I post-dated a check for 60, well, lets just say it was alot of money... I post-dated a check for a non-union outfit for the first and last time, it was attached to a bid that i should of went with the union on, and they have been trying to sue me ever since. They are basically sueing me because they were too incompetent to submit a bid accurately-since they were not even close to finishing on time and lost a lot of money on the deal. You want a big job done right with no 'wrinkles' hire the union guys... TRUST ME, IT is NOT WORTH IT; going under their bids.
