I think espresso is best as an "americano" (that's with hot water -- basically watering it down). But if I'm having one after dinner, I prefer it straight (sometimes with a little sugar).

I think we all drink it through our mouth. That's the only way I know.

I prefer espresso as a single shot, with just one brown sugar. To be followed with a square of dark chocolate.

I love Espresso with a bit of cinnanom, sugar, and whipped cream! Tastes great! Think I'll go get me one!
