Geez..if someone enters your house...and you feel threatened...and you slice them with your sewing scissors...and then you realise yu knocked off your beau...or some other freak...then you grab a broom or whatever and shove it in their hand...so you have a reason for defending yourself...because you 'thought' that they had a weapon...but in reality its NEVER moral to kill your spouse....or legal...there are no true circumstances....
