Can you register a baby with your husbands last name and not the real fathers last name?

    Yes. If you have a baby while you are married your husband is the legal father. If the real biological father wants to exercise parental rights he would have to prove he was the real father. By "register" I'm assuming you mean the name on the birth certificate. Also, I am talking about U.S.A law.

    You could name the kid MonkeyBrains McGee for all you wanted but the name doesnt change the fact who the father is and if a paternity test was done, the real father is still the real father at the end of the day.

    yes Ronald Regan gace women the right to sleep with who ever they want when their married and the husband has to pay child support wasn't that nice of him Ladies?Thank God the old bastard is finally dead wish they could fix that Law but why would they do that when you can sleep with city officals and they don't have to pay anything,your husband will.
