Yes. If you have a baby while you are married your husband is the legal father. If the real biological father wants to exercise parental rights he would have to prove he was the real father. By "register" I'm assuming you mean the name on the birth certificate. Also, I am talking about U.S.A law.
You could name the kid MonkeyBrains McGee for all you wanted but the name doesnt change the fact who the father is and if a paternity test was done, the real father is still the real father at the end of the day.

No. I picked it from a free avatar site because it had gray hair and glasses. After my son saw it he told me it's a bad guy in an anime show. So that's probably why he looks shifty.
