This guy needs to be treated with kid gloves. I hope everyone is documenting his behavior, because it sounds like you will need plenty to get rid of him. I don't know if this qualifies, but I was involved with a private school that had a music director who hates blacks. When it was time to hire a music teacher for the lower school, the best qualified person was a lovely black woman (the head master highered her anyway). The music director threw a fit, and there are lots of barbed comments, etc tossed her way. The creep needs to be fired, but nobody listened to me. I feel sad for her, but she's doing a great job anyway.

It was not played on me but it was played on my employer. The employee got away with throwing a rack of charts across the room and screaming at the head nurse on the Unit when anyone other than someone of that ethnicity would have been fired. She and the others who played that particular race card were a dire embarrassment to the rest of the employees of that ethnicity. The rest, that would mean the decent majority, cringed every time one of this lot pulled the race card. I just kept my head down and away from that bunch.

When i didn't give a black guy my phone number. i was 15 years old and a whole group of blacks had my little sister and i backed into a corner, they were in their 20's it was very intimidating, they called us racists so i ended up having to give them my number then changed my chip the next week.
