What is the best way to help the Economy recover? Is part of the problem that we still import too much and export too little? Is NAFTA hurting America?

We certainly are importing more than we can afford to. And because we have lost so much of our manufacturing base, we must begin erecting tariffs in order to rebuild our manufacturing base. I believe this is the direction we are heading to even if it does not become official government policy.
