Do you carry any items just incase of an emergency? i.e getting trapped in wildness or somebody getting injured randomly somewhere etc?

I always carry a phone with me, just in case. I also have painkillers, cold medication, hay-fever medication and tissues. These are the things that people most often need but don't have. I know I'm not prepared for a big emergency, like the one's you described, but I'm prepared for some of the smaller ones.

Day to day, no. On trips of any sort - always be prepared!! YES!

If I am actually going into the wilderness, I take a syringe, lidocaine, suture, a z-pack and a couple of vicodans
