You have to be more specific
-
What do you mean? You mean beat them up, or throw the football? It depends.
-
If you or your neighbor are married or under age...YES!
-
Hi I don't see why not bother your neighbour, better yet play with their heads is about the same thing. But in order for me to let you be my friend as in you requested that I be your friend, and if you tell me why you requested me to be your friend I will accept you as a Answer bag friend. OK?

I guess not but be willing to deal with things if it does'nt work out as intended. +5
-
Well, I married my neighbor. Does that count as "messing arround"?
-
It may not be a good idea if they are married, committed, kids. It might be wise to see who they know in the neighborhood. When you break up, it could be extra messy. +5

for me personaly yes.... I do not mess around period. my wife is the only person I have ever messed around with and my future wife is the only person I ever will mess around with. for people with out my moral code, no, so long as neither of you is in an exclusive relationship. minimalisticaly, no harm no foul... I just hold my self to a higher standard and minimalism

if they are available then not really but if it dont work out it could be akward. lol

If neither of you is married, and at least one of you is renting so you won't end up stuck near each other if it all goes horribly wrong, then go for it. Otherwise, I'd say it's not worth the risk. Find someone less convenient but with fewer complications.
-
if you mess around your neighbour they will take the advantage of you and asking lots of favours.
-
We drink all the time so I guess not. Oh do you mean like screw your neighbor? I would not screw my neighbors.
-
Messing around means screwing, right? Is that WRONG if both are married people? Probably. I think it's not only a dumb thing to do but it is also a dangerous thing to do! Dumb, because it's the neighbour, living so close that quite frankly, it is not going to remain a secret for long, is it? Dangerous, because two families are going to suffer the consequences... and for what? A fling!

'mess around' ? Do that mean dating his wife (or him) ? Or is it playing pranks on him ? I heard of a great neighbour prank some years ago. This guy planted a remote controlled beeper under one of the neighbours flagstones, then sat by his window keeping watch. When the neighbour came home and walke up the path the prankster waited till he was just past that flagstone, then activated the beeper. Neighbour turns and step here and there, exploring. whenever he steps on that spot prankster activate beeper. Neighbour calls wife "Hey honey, come here Ther is something I want you to hear". Wife come out, Neighbour steps on 'that ' spot. No beep. Neighbour explore again frantically. No beep. Wife go in. Neighbour keep exploring and suddenly 10 feet away get a beep, tries original spot. beep, ... Story ends when neighbour has dug up half his lawn trying to come to the bottom of it.
