You really shouldn't put them together until they are both spayed or neutered. And then when they are older, you can take the time to bond them together. It takes time and care to do this. First they need to 'date' each other, with brief visits together in a small area that is neutral ground, not familiar to either of them. You need to stop any fights or separate them at first sign of aggression without removing either rabbit. I find a squirt gun with water is a good tool to stop aggression. That helps so much with aggression and territorial disputes. rabbits can severely hurt each other in fights.
