I am 99.9% positive that it does not. In fact, as far as I know, if it was his before the marriage, you would even have trouble getting it taken into account during a divorce.
Were that not the case, I could just buy an expensive house, marry a woman when I couldn't aford it, and then divorce her at the specified period of time and she would have to help pay it off.
Can somebody rent out a house about to go into foreclosure in Michigan? I went through a rental agency as well.

We have someone staying with us. Not the best situation. Came here with hardly any warning. We are giving him 3 nights and 3 nights only.
