I agreed to work as many extra hours my boss needed for 6 weeks for a one off payment of £4k. This was to cover the Y2K bug issues he as expecting from the large computer systems we had. I worked a total of 20 minutes extra as there were no problems, as we predicted. Which makes an hourly rate of £12k.
He was such a dim gullable boss :-)

$200 -- but I don't normally work hourly. I would much rather work for myself where it is entirely merit based.
