Both of my parents are gone now. But when they were here I got along with them very well. I took care of them until their final days. I'm XX years young.

I'm 21 now. My parents and I got along really well until about a year ago and now we're ok but we're really distant. I'm not leading my life how they would like me to so most of our conversations go places I don't want to go. I just try to avoid them. It makes me sad and I wish that we could just go back to getting along but they seem to think that every conversation has to be about my future and what I'm doing with my life and sometimes those conversations are really helpful. And sometimes I just need the comfort of my parents love, not their ideas about what I should be doing with my life, even if they are just trying to help.

Im 20 and my parents are seperated since i was 1. I get along with my Dad fine, but my Mumma is my soul mate, shes my best friend in the entire universe.

I never have gotten along with my parents, that is because they were abusive. I am 27 years old.

I get along with my parents really well, although my dad likes to have a say on everything I spend my money on. Actually he likes to have a say about everything in my life. I know he means well, but I'm 36, surely he must realise I can make my own decisions (and I always do - and often I don't tell them everything I have going on).

Yep... I'm 54. But when I was a teen, I got along with them, but didn't like them that well. That's the way a lot of teens are, you know.

I do unless I tell them about the benefits of weed. I'm 18, and I love my mom and step dad more than say, my real dad.
