I think so yeah. I mean there may always be that thought that wow that person is so hot but doesnt have to turn into anything. It might make it more likely to be a flirtatious relationship but im sure thay can be friends all the while.

I see no reason why not. Generally attractive doesn't mean any particular other will necessarily be attracted.
