Are you talking about electronic devices (computers, mp3 players, etc.)? I would imagine that the terms of the Act would be just as applicable to those as to any other type of good. A little bit of research reveals that this Act simply governs contracts for sales of goods, most importantly, creating a few implied warranties(such as title, accurate description, quality and fitness, etc.). I don't see why these terms couldn't apply easily to electronic devices. Or are you talking about "goods" that only exist in electronic form, such as digitally distributed software? In this case, I'm not sure whether or how the Act applies.
