Interesting use of logic, but I think that racism means you prefer a race. Being a misanthrope does not imply that you are partial to any race, but--regardless to differences in appearence--all people are despicable.

1) flawed logic. The expression "human race" is just a way to show that we don't agree with the former division of humanity in different races. The first step of racism is to accept this division. The second step is to use this division for discrimination. Misanthropy remains what it was and is not the same as racism. 2) "In June 2009 the United Nations changed their charter which was reflected in their Durban Review Conference global summit on combating racism, which now states: "6. Reaffirms that all peoples and individuals constitute one human family, rich in diversity, and that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights; and strongly rejects any doctrine of racial superiority along with theories which attempt to determine the existence of so-called distinct human races." Thus the United Nations will no longer use the word "race" as a cultural determinant; instead, we will all be considered a part of one race: humans."
