  • He would have been classed as a "juvenile delinquent" in his teenage years. He ran away from home and an abusive step-father at sixteen and went to work for a rancher in New Mexico named Chisholm,..of "Chisholm Trail" fame. He came to worship Chisholm as a father figure and became involved in the range wars of the time. Good guys and bad guys were a gray area and Billy wound up marked as one of the bad guys. He later became involved in the "Lincoln County War" between two rival entrepeneurs, Tunstan and Dolan. He came afoul of the Law, such as it was, in the area and was jailed and scheduled for trial for murder, which he probably did commit. He broke jail, somehow, killing a deputy sheriff and was tracked down and killed shortly after. He has been romanticised in Old West folklore, but everything points to him being pretty much a hired thug and cold-blooded killer.
  • Just a young thug with an irritating smirk. Boy, would I've loved to bop him. Lol.
