  • Absolutely, particularly if the three meals contain lean protein, vegetables in their rawest state possible and whole grains. But even with eating three sensible meals and exercising regularly, you can enjoy some bad food once in a while. It's all about moderation. Good luck.
  • when dieting its good to have many small meals throught the day rather than one or two big ones
  • if you could find time to go for a brisk walk every other day. twenty minutes out and twenty minutes back. you would raise your metabolic rate and you would gain muscle and lose fat. losing weight is give and take. when you say lose weight, you mean lose fat. the more active muscle the higher your metabolism, the longer your muscles burn fat without you even exercising. Or while you are sleeping your muscles could be burning fat.
  • You can only lose weight if the amount of food you take in is less than the amount of calories you burn. If the 3 meals a day you are talking about are huge meals with loads of calories, and the l hr of exercise twice a week does not burn more than that, you will not lose weight. You must have a proper balance of healthy meals, and the correct amount of exercise to lose weight.
  • Im 15 and I cut out junk food a while ago, now i am so put off by it... Definitely it will. I would even go as far to say, eat less meals, I started by cutting breakfast to an up and go and some fruit, then eliminting lunch or dinner entriely. Humans eat more than they need to feel full anyway... Now im just rambling, but to answer your question- yes :)
  • I would think so, yes, and good luck to you.
