Of course, if I was not served what I ordered the way I ordered it...btw, before you send any beef back to the kitchen 9burger or steak) order it cooked correctly to begin with...if you order it rare, it wll come out just warmed and browned on the outside, red and bloody within; m/rare, slightly less bloody; medium, browned about halfway through but still red in the middle; m/well, slightly pink in the middle; well done, brown all the way through but will be dry, tough, chewey and probably tasteless. Don't order a steak or burger more done than medium, and don't send it back if it comes out as described. If you are not sure, do yourself a favor and eat at home.

Absolutely. If there is something wrong with it I would not hesitate to send it back.
