there is this great pizza franchise called California Pizza Kitchen. also the closest one to my hometown is an hour and a half away. if this place is half as great as it looks and sounds, im looking into franchising it here in my town!!!! not only is it different, affordable, and sucessessful, their policy and mission statement sound like it would be a wonderful place to work... eventhough im sure entry level personell wouldnt be making "bank". but hey, you gotta start somewhere!!
