G'day Smurphy, Thank you for your question. It isn't too difficult providing you use a breadmaking machine. This is an Irish soda bread recipe for a bread making machine from alt.bread.recipes. 1 1/8 Cup Water; lukewarm 3 Cup White bread flour 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 1/2 Tsp Salt 2 Tbsp Butter 2 Tbsp Buttermilk; dried 1/4 Tsp Baking soda 1 Tbsp Caraway seed 1 Cup Raisins 2 Tsp Active dry yeast You add the ingredients according to your bread makers instructions.
