Why some AB users do not gives points,to the person who has answered the question ,is it beause the answer were irrelevant.

Who knows what people are thinking? I sometimes answer a question and the person whose question I answered tells me, "Nice answer!" but then doesn't award my any points. So I think,"Well, maybe he forgot to give me some points." Who knows?

Some people forget, some answers dont show up. sometimes points dont work. sometimes they dont bother or forget. I often have to go back to point questions and sometimes answers i got dont show. I have to go to my list and it takes ages.+4

I have no idea - I do not think it is because the answer is irrelevant - because if it was, they would not have bothered answering it. I think that some people do not bother with points - although they do not seem to mind receiving them! I have noticed that some individuals NEVER give me points!!! but yet, they answer a lot of my questions, or comment etc.

Yes,there's few ones who are very stingy with their points,they only give points to answers/questions,they consider exceptional !!!

Sometimes it take several tries for the points I give to register. Maybe this happens to others and they think they have given points but didn't. Or maybe they forget to give points. Or maybe they only give points to their 'friends'. Or maybe giving points isn't important to them.

Some people leave and do not get around to rating. Others forget Others just ask the question to get points and are not in the least interested in the answers. Other people could just be off site for a while and miss the notification. Some people just make it a policy not to give points.

I have forgotten a few times. I try to go back and check every now and then to see if someone got missed. I also think sometimes maybe people don't realize they got new answers.

I don't know but it is very rude not to acknowlege people's answers. I almost always give people maximum points unless they are being a total twat, but even then i will still respond to their answers. I think some people are just stingy giving points, it's like they think that by doing so they are giving their own points away!!! +4
