The esophagus and the stomach have nothing to do with the vulva and the uterus. It's impossible to get pregnant from swallowing cum unless you let it drip on your vulva (your natural secretions will help the sperm along). As crooked_shaft stated, sperm cannot survive in your digestive system for very long, and let's not forget that sperm can only live for 3-4 days.
