I would go with McDonald's McDouble cheeseburger. It's small, neat, and for only a buck it's pretty darn filling. Awesome question, by the way. Points.

I would go with Wendys value burgers. Their value burgers, at least near me, have little if any condiments, and really are not too good, but i guess you get what you pay for. Anyway, since the condiments are virtually non-existent, it is not messy at all, maybe drop a piece of lettuce at best:)

A lot of the stuff from Jack in the Box, because there are only a few burgers with vegetables on them.
