  • Yes, if you are in middle school.
  • Hard to say. They always say opposites attract so that's a possibility. And I think if the two of you find yourselves only talking to each other, every time, whether it's good or bad talking--it seems like flirting in a way. As long as the insults aren't too hurtful towards each other, it seems like more of a game you guys play. It's a dangerous one though, especially since you're in the same group and if one person becomes too upset with the other, it could cause awkwardness. If you're really wondering, perhaps ask one of your mutual friends. They've probably noticed your interactions. Good luck!
  • Or maybe you just want to get the last insult in and he does as well, so that's why you two keep on going. You didn't call it 'gentle teasing'. You said you 'banter insults'. Your word choice makes it seem like you two are just being childish and acting as if the rest of the group doesn't exist because you're so busy feeding off the attention you give each other because it fills up some void you both have. I could be wrong, though.
  • I would say that's probably flirting. Do you find the guy attractive? If so, it's flirting.
  • I'd probedly say it's flirting, yous throw insults to eachother (this is physcology) to make the other think your not attracted to them becasue you obviously dont want them to know or are shy. But I would say it's flirting as it's 'YOUR THING' with this guy and yous are doing this in a joking manner.
