Also if both fail, and you ARE a student or teacher, check with your Learning Center. Frequently it is the same department that runs either the Library or the Labs. They should be able to refer you to who distributes the licenses.
when you look to the software box's front side, turn the box upside down and look at the numbers you see at the bottom. your product key might also be at the back of the manual.
If you've got the software and not the product key then you can purchase a key from Ebay or Microsoft.
