Help answer this question below.
It is not illegal, it simply cannot happen (in law). The person is not legally dead until they are taken outside for treatment. They may have stopped breathing, their heart may have stopped, but the Chamber represents an extra-legal area in which they cannot be ruled dead.
The same is true in Disneyland. No-one dies there, they are just found to be dead in the car-park outside. Therefore Disneyland never appears on a death certificate.
The dead member of parliament has the whip withdrawn immediately and forfits all parliamentary privileges. And if he has the audacity to die a second time within a twelve month period he gets put in the Tower of London until he apologises and promises to stop dying, and then he is retired on full pension, and raised to the House of Lords.lol
I smell a joke in here somewhere my friend. Gosh..if death specificity could be regulated then we could rule it illegal to die anywhere and so we would all be immortal! Gadzooks! Why didn't we think of this before? :) ((hugs))
They'll set your dead ass down in a Congressional seat here in the U.S. No one will notice.
WOHA...really?
I am sure it wont be capital punishment.
Execution?

You cannot be buried in Westminster Abbey.
If indeed what you say is true, which I doubt, I would assume the punishment would be appropriate-such as being shot at sunrise every day for a week.
resuscitation, the hanging
the punishment is death.

You're reading In London, England, it is illegal to die in the Houses of Parliament. What is the punishment?

I simply don't believe that. I can believe Disneyland would not appear on a death certificate because it's not a real address. But I don't believe that they move bodies before pronouncing death-the liability would be incredable (you killed him when you moved him) .Do you have any evidence of either?

Best way to die in Disneyland; get crushed under a ride and become flat as a bread slice. May be then they will issue a certificate that you died at Disneyland. LMFAO.
IM Alec@ Interesting answer.
