Occasionally.

not entirely, long as "someone" pays the price. Innocent or not they just want someone to do the time
-
Not really. If you can pay for justice you have a better chance of getting it. Sorry so cynical.
-
That another one of them nebulous concepts, "fair". ;-)
-
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! that's why we gotta change it to make this world a better place!!!++++ thx

I have never been raped, nor murdered an innocent person ... Although many criminals would say yes ... and many victims will say no ... Until we are attacked or lose someone we love because some desperate junky needed another fix ... its hard to say. But murder is murder ... and freedom following a short sentence is not justice. Pedophiles who rob children of their innocence and commit them to a lifetime of mental unrest ... As is with rape, surely a minimum of a near lifetime is worthy of this crime to ruin a lifetime ... I will say no.

I think it attempts to be, but if you have the money you're still more likely to have justice fall on your side.
-
No, if you have enough money, you can usually get away with just about anything. All it takes is a reasonable doubt, which is the same thing as sufficent funding.
-
Provided you've got enough money, you can insure that justice is never done. No.
-
No. It is all about who has the most money.
-
No. No system can be perfect. But the present justice system is better than nothing.
