What could cause an 07 Ford S-Max to need 3 clutch replacements in 2 years?

First thing I would think of is abuse. But surely the clutch parts would indicate if this were so. And they should reveal any other cause such as misalignment, contamination and such.

Hello, I have a 1994 ford pick up with a 2.3 I have installed a new clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throwoutbearing, clutch sleeve and clutch master cylinder. After replacing all of the above I still can't get the truck in gear.

Having trouble bleeding the slave cylinder on a 2004 ford ranger 2.3 replaced the slave cylinder and clutch and have a good stream of fluid comming out of the bleeder but still can not get it into gear with the engine running

1990 Ford 4x4 5.0 removed the E4OD and replaced with M5OD. Changed the trans harness. E4OD had 3 plugs on the fender skirt and M5OD has 1. Also connected the plug under the dash at the clutch. Does the other 2 plugs need connections?
