i think at every point in ppl's lives they feel sad and reflect on the past and feel depressed. and the reason maybe that u feel u have no future is becuz ur not quite sure whats gonna happen in the future [fear of the unknown]. i think u can get over this by taking things one day at a time and try doing things that make u feel good. or better yet volunteer your time doing charity work that always makes me feel better .and u can write down the good things that u have accomplished in your life and read it every time you feel bad about urself. i hope things get better for u. take care.
