Answer is not what matters,it's your approach that matters. It's a simple mole concept problem.
The atomic mass of Si=28.086 amu i.e 28.086 grams of Si would contains one mole = 6.023x10^23 atoms.
Now how many atoms will be there in 6.9 grams of Si?
    Tell me your answer.
