The island I live on is only about 17 miles wide so a cross country trip by air would be impossible. I do have to fly internationally frequently, so I search for the best prices I can and avoid travelling during school holiday periods, when the prices are highest.

Would consider a train trip...much less stressful than the alternatives (drive, fly, bus) and lots more economical as well! Hugs, go check out Amtrack at:
