In a self managed hoa what can be done about an onsite manager who is absolutely worthless been manager for years and is the presidents buddy. He needs to go but the board ignores all input. Place is going downhill fast

    Read your articles and bylaws and see if you can call a meeting of owners. You may be able to re-elect a board. If not, be sure to garner support and attend the annual meeting and bring the discussion to the floor. Try to see where the board nominees stand on the issue before the election.
