if by wow you mean world of warcraft then i refuse to answer this question for it may reduce my cool points

Get some add-ons for help. I use carbonite, deadly boss and fishing buddy. Some people like questhelper better than carbonite. I don't really think you need anything else.

There is a WoW mouse out there, (its insanely expensive..I wouldn't even buy it,) however there is a facet of computer gaming that is always in need of improving: wrist/finger help. I.e the Grim Reaper of wow players..Carpal Tunnel. So, wristbands and keyboards that are designed to fix this, make wow better :P especially CT wristbraces.
