I should mention that this is a foster kitty and we need to get him well so that he can be adopted into a permanent home! But we've never dealt with ringworm before and this has been a nightmare for us. ANY help would be appreciated!

My experience with ringworm in horses is that medicine may get rid of the lesion the animal has, but it won't keep them from getting new ones. The only way I got rid of it was bathing the horses in Head and Shoulders every week for months (eight horses! It took all day). The Head and Shoulders makes the rest of the skin inhospitable to new lesions. Then I kept on with the medicine on the lesions as directed. It is also VERY contagious. Be careful you don't get ringworm.
