Diabetics to a certain extent in that they have to watch their diets very closely and any others who suffer from diseases that can be controlled thru diet

Physically, they should make them responsible for finding a fun physically active activity that they do on a regular basis. It's fun, and it will burn off the calories. Mentally they should encourage them to work on their own emotional issues, which can often affect the body in surprisingly scary ways. They should also write letters to insurance companies to get more of them to cover it. Emotional well-being they can help by complimenting their patients, smiling and being as nice as possible, while also encouraging them to do something they enjoy once a day.

complain, rag on, and scold the patients every time then show up for help and assistance. my dentist tells me i am terrible with my teeth. i tell him the only good thing with my mouth is my teeth are still there.
